Green & Clean Landscaping Inc. was founded in 2012 by Alex Romo, who spent 12 years in operations and management at Costco and ValleyCrest (now BrightView) before starting the company from a single truck. Over more than a decade, that company grew into one of the Piedmont Triad's established commercial grounds care providers — licensed, HUB Certified, and trusted by retail centers, HOAs, and property managers across five counties.
Rise & Shine Lot Sweeping is the newest chapter: a division built specifically around commercial parking lot sweeping, so property managers who only need sweeping — not full grounds care — get a dedicated team, dedicated equipment, and a name built around exactly one job.
